We belong to the fraternity of professional lawyers in India and are governed by an Advocates Act and Bar Council of India. While offering services offshore, we understand our role in entirety as a non lawyer from US law practices perspective. However, we extend our commitment towards various ethical guidelines prescribed under US legislative and judicial systems. Under our "Client Care" initiative, we religiously and with strong commitment follow US ethical standards which are of primordial significance to us. We understand the significance of 'Privileged communication' and it's our ongoing endeavor to secure the sanctity of 'privileged communication' through technological implementation at offshore facilities, enabling adherence to guideliness evolve under law.
